• Overall project coordination as a Consortium Leader and provide the technical support for the deployment of existing m4agri in Mizoram & Tripura
• Development / modification / customization of IIDS based on the need assessment and field requirement.
• Conduct third party baseline, mid-term & final impact evolution study
• Provide technical training/ capacity building to the respective colleges for operation of application.
• Management of Data Center – Toll Free / PRI / Hosting of Application etc 

Central Agricultural University through College of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Selesih, Aizawl, Mizoram & College of Fisheries, Lembucherra, Tripura West, Tripura

• Implementation of the project activities in field (Mizoram & Tripura)
• Awareness Creation and Sensitization on m4agri in project location
• Assessment of information needs & farmers’ problems
• Identification of beneficiaries and hand-holding
• Content development as per local need
• Delivery of need based advisory services to farmers
• Capacity building of Field Coordinators by providing training
• Linkages with KVKs, State Agriculture Department, ICAR etc during and post project sustainability
• Assist in the baseline, midterm and impact evaluation of m4agri
• Field testing of new modules of IIDS and feedback to Digital India Corporation
